It's taken a little while but the first Versatile home has been moved onto Section 34 at Waipipi Beach. Central House movers spent the morning piling the house, the double garage foundations are going to be poured later in the week. This house is for sale! You can move into a 3 bedroom house, with water, power, phone, septic and a double garage, and of course alway unimpeded views of the ocean for $275,000.
