There have been a number of people driving the subdivision and the odd enquiry about the New House up for auction on Section 34 at Waipipi Beach in Waverley, South Taranaki - Hopefully some of these turn into bids (and a sale!) at the Auction on Jan 21.

If you haven't seen the house or Waipipi Beach - we'd invite you to come for  a drive this Sunday. The House will be open from 10am to 2pm!
